J. Whalen Associates, Inc. administers and manages an approved Habitat Management Entity. We provide habitat management services in perpetuity for open space lands throughout the County in partnership with Urban Corps of San Diego County. The management entity can manage both small acreage properties as well as lands in the thousands of acres. Our habitat management services include a full range of capabilities including property due diligence, preparation of property analysis record (PAR), assistance in State and Federal Agency document and mitigation land acceptance, locating an entity to take fee title to the property, finding adequate and acceptable endowment holders and as well as the core property management function.
